Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Processing and production:
Most orders are produced within a few business days before shipment. Production time may vary by product and season.

Delivery:
Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days after production for US orders. Express options, when available at checkout, show their delivery estimate and price. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Orders over $70 may qualify for free standard shipping when the offer is shown at checkout. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and carrier delays, weather, address errors, or other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Address changes:
Please contact us as soon as possible at ahugdesign.support@gmail.com. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or damaged shipments:
Contact us at ahugdesign.support@gmail.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and fulfillment partner.
