Terms of Service

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. A Hug Design sells gifts and apparel made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Products and availability:
We try to keep product descriptions, mockups, prices, and availability accurate. Colors and print placement may vary slightly from screen images and normal production tolerances. We may correct errors or update information without notice.

Orders and payment:
An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and an order confirmation is sent. We may cancel or limit an order when a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled item.

Made-to-order products:
Because products are made after purchase, change-of-mind and sizing returns follow our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Intellectual property:
Site content and A Hug Design artwork may not be copied or used without permission.
